• Friday, November 6, 2026 from 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm (PST) - The Call: Film and Panel Conversation. 
• Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm (PST) - Preparing for the Road: Healing Grief Through The Holidays.
• Sunday, November 8, 2026 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm (PST) - Walking The Path: Healing Through HeART

Healing Grief Through The Holidays with HeART 

On Friday, November 6, 2026 from 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm (PST) - we will be watching The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry (2023) . Following the film, a panel discussion will happen with Dr. Andrea Deerheart, PhD, ELP , Rickie Redman, ELP and Kay Wegner, MA, LMFT, LPCC. 

On Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm (PST) - led by Dr. Andrea Deerheart, PhD, ELP will lead participants to create a holiday grief plan and talk about traditions for the journey, coping mechanisms and ways to honor your grief. 

On Sunday, November 8, 2026 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm (PST) - led by Dr. Andrea Deerheart, PhD, ELP and Rickie Redman, ELP will go over the next steps to dealing with grief and utilize a grief sheet for coping. Participants will complete 3 expressive arts pieces and take home their special Healing Grief through HeART expressive arts book, with guides to additional projects and healing techniques.
