Be guided into the deep state of consciousness between awake and asleep, where your body and mind can deeply relax — and restore well-being even in the state of dis-ease, dying, and grief.

We meet online on the first Thursday of every month, 10:00am - 11:30am Pacific.

Yoga Nidra, often termed "yogic sleep" or "effortless relaxation," is a guided meditation practice that encourages inward focus as you navigate the threshold between wakefulness and sleep, facilitating the body's natural equilibrium (homeostasis).

In this yoga sleep state, your breath slows as you tap into both the unconscious and conscious parts of your mind — and enter a profound, blissful state of awareness that’s been scientifically proven to reduce anxiety and pain.

Join us once a month for a guided Yoga Nidra practice and enjoy this state of harmonious, restful existence.

With HeartWay founder Dr. Andrea Deerheart as your facilitator and guide, you’ll make space for healing, rejuvenation, and awakening to your deepest, all-encompassing self.
