Uncover your deepest thoughts and feelings about death and dying — and cultivate a more harmonious relationship with the end-of-life process through experiential exercises, powerful tools, small group discussions, and more.

Death is often a taboo subject.

Yet, discussing and contemplating our mortality helps us focus on what matters most, live with greater intention, and ultimately transform our lives…

Death is an essential piece of life’s great mystery and the most precious transition there is.

Join Dr. Andrea Deerheart, ELP, for a new 3-day workshop for anyone who wants to explore, contemplate, and develop a harmonious relationship with death — including caregivers, friends and family, and those with a life-threatening or terminal illness.

Dr. Deerheart will guide you through an exploration of your personal myths, fears, philosophies, beliefs, and feelings as they relate to the process of death and dying — and lead you through practices to help you cultivate a more holistic, peaceful relationship with this ultimate transformation.

During this 3-day workshop, you’ll:

  • Identify two cultural and three emotional aspects when facing death through didactic and experiential learning in the training for dealing with those  facing fear and anxiety about dying and death.
  • Develop a more harmonious view of death and dying as you decrease fear and anxiety through journal therapy, experiential psychotherapy techniques, and Yoga Nidra Graceful Transitions.
  • Learn to integrate Yoga Nidra Graceful Transitions in professional environments, medical settings, individual and group therapeutic settings, as well as in the home environment — to assist yourself, loved ones, and your clients in coping with fears and anxiety about death.
  • Bridge the gap between life and death through experiential process exercises, discussion, and individual and small group work.
